Speaking to ‘NDTV’, Lawrence’s cousin Ramesh said that all members of the Bishnoi community have been angry ever since the blackbuck hunting incident happened. They are willing to make sacrifices to save animals. He said, “Our society loves trees and wildlife a lot. 363 ancestors even gave their lives to save the trees. When Salman killed the black buck, the blood of every Bishnoi was boiling. We left the decision to the court. But if the community is made fun of then it is natural that anger arises in the society. Today the entire Bishnoi community stands with Lawrence.
Along with this, Ramesh also made a big claim that Salman had also offered money to the Bishnoi community, but the society refused to accept it.
