A truck full of meat has been caught in Madhya Pradesh. About 16 tons of meat was kept in the truck amidst the snow. Actually, a suspicious truck was stopped by a Hindu organization on the bypass of Chhindwara Road in Seoni. It was searched. The truck was going from Bihar to Hyderabad. Hindu organizations claim that the meat found in the truck is of cow. Police have arrested three people in this case.

According to the information, on the information of Bajrang Dal, the police team reached the spot and the driver was questioned. The driver was not found to have any valid documents related to the meat. After investigation, the police have detained 3 people. They are being questioned. Hindu leaders claim that about 16 tons of beef is kept in the truck.
Meat was kept in the middle of ice
According to the information, this incident happened around 7 am on Thursday. 16 tonnes of meat was being transported in a truck wrapped in ice. During this time, Bajrang Dal workers got information that a truck going from Bihar to Hyderabad was carrying alleged beef. After which Bajrang Dal workers were keeping an eye on the truck. After this, the local police was informed and the truck was taken into custody.

According to Seoni Superintendent of Police Sunil Mehta, this information was received from an informer on Thursday morning. Based on the input, a blockade was done on Nagpur Road. More than 12 tonnes of meat or beef was found in a truck and it is being investigated. Three people have been detained from the spot. The truck has also been seized. The accused are being thoroughly interrogated in the case. Strict action will be taken against the culprits.
It is noteworthy that cases of beef and cow smuggling are constantly coming to light in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has given instructions to take strict action against illegal smuggling and killing of cows. A few months ago, 24 people were arrested in the case of killing more than 60 bovine animals including cows in Seoni district. Seoni district has been considered a transit point for cow smuggling. In the last six months, the police have taken more than 55 actions here.
