During the Dussehra festival in Singoli of Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh, a video of a constable and a councilor dancing obscenely while pouring water is going viral on social media. In the viral video, Bala is seen repeatedly dancing obscenely on the song Tip-Tip Barsa Paani. Meanwhile, a constable from Singoli police station, the vice president of Dussehra committee and a BJP councilor are seen pouring water on his head and dancing. A large number of women and children are also seen in the festival. Many people got up and left in the middle of the program.
The Municipal Council of Singoli in Neemuch district organized such a gathering of obscenity in the name of Dussehra festival that those responsible who were crying for culture and civilization are no longer able to respond. In this event, a constable in civil dress and a Municipal Council councilor on duty also washed their hands in the flowing Ganga. Tip Tip Barsa danced on the water and danced while pouring water on the female dancer. Actually, the orchestra program was organized by the Singoli Municipal Council on the last day of the 13-day Dussehra festival. Here BJP supported Suresh Kumar Jain Bhaya is the Municipal Council President. Public representatives including BJP leaders were made guests in the orchestra program.
It is being told that the program continued normally for some time, but late at night the dancers on the stage crossed the limits of obscenity. A video of dancing in a semi-nude state has also surfaced. As soon as obscenity took place on the stage, some youths from the excited crowd also climbed the stage and started displaying obscenity. During this time many people left the program.

It is being told that the constable had come to stop the program on the information of bar girls dancing till late night. But after seeing the dance of the girls, he got carried away and started dancing with them. It is clearly visible in the video that the constable is climbing the stage and pouring water on the dancer’s body. During this, the councilor not only poured water on the female dancer but was also seen dancing. After the video of the case surfaced, the Superintendent of Police has put the constable on the line.
