Jaipur News: There is a tense atmosphere across the country after the operation sindoor run by India against Pakistan. Meanwhile, the Cricket Stadium located in Jaipur, Rajasthan has received threats to bomb. The Sawai Mansingh Stadium (SMS) received a threat to blow up on Thursday, causing a stir in the area. At present, the police reached the spot and started the investigation by vacating the stadium.
Threatened through email
According to media reports, the Rajasthan Sports Council received threats to bomb the SMS stadium through an email at 9:13 am. In this threatening email it was written that after the success of Operation Sindoor, the SMS stadium will now be bombed. On receiving this information, the police got all the employees and players out of the stadium. After this, teams of bomb disposal squad and dog squad are trying to find bombs by reaching the spot.
Police is inquiring around the stadium
Bomb disposal squad and ATS teams are investigating at the SMS Stadium, while the local police are interrogating nearby shopkeepers outside the Stadius. CCTV footage is also being checked in this case, but information about some suspicious goods has not been revealed yet.
IPL match is to be held on 16 May
IPL matches are scheduled on May 16 at SMS Stadium in Jaipur, but before that the stadium was threatened with bomb. This has increased the concern here.
