According to the information, the name of this company is Hindustan Powerlinks Company, which punishes employees who do not complete the target. Employees are forced to walk and bark like a dog by tying a belt around the neck and asked to lick rotten fruits from the ground. After this video surfaced, people demanded an inquiry, calling it a shameful incident. However, some media reports are reported to have shot this video a few months ago by a former manager of the company. And this manager had a dispute with the owner of the company.

This video of Hindustan Powerlinks Company is derogatory and inhuman. People also gave sharp reactions on social media about this video, after which the Kerala government came into action. The Labor Department has ordered an inquiry into the matter.
