The last date of application for recruitment to 1476 posts of medical teachers through Rajasthan Medical Education Society is October 24, 2024. Candidates will be able to submit the hard copy of the application along with the documents to the Directorate of Medical Education by 5 pm on 25 October 2024.
Medical Education Commissioner Shri Iqbal Khan said that Rajasthan Medical Education Society had issued a notification for applications for 1476 posts of medical teachers. This includes 246 posts of Professor, 565 posts of Associate Professor and 665 posts of Assistant Professor for various departments.
Selected candidates will be paid salary and allowances under Rajasthan Medical Education Society Medical Teachers (Recruitment, Promotion and Pay) Rules-2024. It is noteworthy that on the initiative of Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma and on the instructions of Medical Minister Shri Gajendra Singh Khinvsar, the state government had fulfilled the much awaited demand of improving the salary discrepancy of medical teachers working through Rajmes. Under this, now new medical teachers will be able to get the benefit of salary and allowances as per Medical Education Service Rules-1962.
