Maharashtra Weather: The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain in some parts of Maharashtra, while the weather is expected to remain dry in other areas.

Maharashtra Weather: After heavy rains in Maharashtra last week, a change in the weather is now being seen, which has accelerated agricultural work. However, like various states of the country, the rain has not completely stopped in Maharashtra. The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain in some parts of the state, while the weather is expected to remain dry in other areas.

There is a possibility of rain in these districts

According to the latest report of the Meteorological Department, light rain is expected in Palghar, Thane, Mumbai, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Kolhapur and Satara. Apart from this, rain is also expected in parts of Dhule, Nandurbar, Jalgaon and Pune district. However, the weather is expected to remain clear in most parts of the state, giving relief to the farmers. Due to less rain, agricultural work has increased, especially work like spraying and weeding is now being done rapidly.

How will be the weather of the capital Mumbai

Talking about the capital Mumbai, the Meteorological Department has released a local forecast for the next 24 hours. According to this, there is a possibility of light rain in Mumbai city and suburbs. However, the sky will remain partly cloudy. The maximum temperature of Mumbai is expected to be around 32°C and the minimum temperature is expected to be around 26°C, due to which the weather of the city will remain normal.

Farmers will return to work in the fields

Last week, heavy rains in many parts of the state had brought the farm work to a standstill. Many farmers were unable to carry out agricultural work due to waterlogging in the fields and bad weather. But now that the intensity of the rain has decreased, farmers have resumed work in their fields. This time is especially important for Kharif crops, as weeding and spraying operations are being carried out at a rapid pace.
