Mk stalin in bihar voter yatra: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK chief MK Stalin, who arrived in Bihar to attend the ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ of Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav, has come under the target of the opposition due to a big lapse. Addressing a rally in Muzaffarpur, Stalin’s tongue slipped and he accidentally took the name of his late father Rajiv Gandhi in place of Rahul Gandhi. This mistake happened when he was counting the names of the organizers of the rally. After this incident, the DMK’s technical team tried to hide the mistake before uploading the video on social media. He put a ‘patch’ on that part of the video to say ‘Rahul Gandhi’, but this patch is not matching the rest of the video. In the video, Stalin can still be heard saying “my brother Rajiv Gandhi”.
BJP and TVK targeted
The party of BJP and Tamil actor-royalty Vijay has immediately retaliated by TVK on Stalin’s mistake. Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai taunted Stalin’s video on social media. He wrote, “In Tamil Nadu, the government of @mkstalin flourishes on patchwork and deception. It is one thing to go to Bihar and read the name written on paper wrong, but the desperate attempt to fix it is even more shocking.” The TVK party also wrote on this and wrote that “Uncle Stalin” has made a big mistake. At the moment, there is no official response from the DMK, which has given the opposition a chance to become even more attacker.
Stalin mentions ‘public lawyer’
Before his mistake, Stalin in his speech recalled Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan and said that whenever there is a political crisis in the country, the revolution starts from Bihar itself. He said that this time Rahul Gandhi is becoming the voice of the poor, Dalits and the underprivileged by becoming the lawyers of the people. Stalin described Bihar as the land of Jayaprakash Narayan and Lalu Prasad. He said that his father Karunanidhi and Lalu Prasad were deep friends of each other and at one time Bihar was identified in the name of Lalu Prasad. He also asked Tejashwi Yadav to have high expectations from the citizens of Bihar. Stalin wondered that the names of 65 lakh people have been cut from the voter list and said that Bihar is exposing the ‘vote theft’ of the BJP. He also reminded that the foundation of the ‘India’ alliance was laid in Patna itself and this alliance stopped the claim of BJP’s ‘400 Paar’ at 240.
