The IMD has issued a warning of heavy rains with thunder and lightning in Mumbai, Thane and Ratnagiri. Along with this, strong winds are also expected. Many areas of Mumbai have been receiving heavy rains since afternoon, which is expected to continue till tomorrow i.e. 26 September.
