Atul Subhash Suicide Case: New revelations are being made every day in the case of suicide of AI engineer Atul Subhash in Bengaluru. Now another new revelation has come to light in this case that Nikita Singhania had withdrawn two cases filed against Atul Subhash.
Four cases were going on against Atul in the family court of Jaunpur. However, Nikita had filed a total of nine cases against Atul. Six cases are going on in the lower court and three in the high court. One case was to be heard on January 12, 2025. But even before this hearing, Atul took a dreadful step. In the case of Atul’s suicide, Bengaluru Police has arrested wife Nikita Singhania, brother Anurag and mother-in-law Nisha. Nikita’s uncle is still away from police custody.
Atul Subhash had shared a video and suicide letter on social media before committing suicide. In which Atul had accused the arrested people of instigating suicide. Atul had said that he is now tired of proving himself innocent and giving unnecessary money. Even after this his wife and in-laws are harassing him.
Not only this, Judge Sahiba of Jaunpur Family Court also demands Rs 5 lakh in the name of getting the case settled. But my salary is not enough that I can keep paying. Atul had also said in the video that his wife Nikita had filed a total of nine cases. A case has been filed against my parents and brother for murder, unnatural sex, section 498 A, section 323, section 406, section 506, 504, section 125 and harassment for dowry. However, after three months Nikita withdrew the case.
Atul had given the reason for withdrawing the case
Atul had said that his wife Nikita is very vicious. She later withdrew the divorce case. The reason behind this he gave was that his lawyer had filed this case of his own free will. If the lawyer filed the case then did he sign the case papers without reading it? Nikita had deliberately withdrawn the divorce case. So that he can torture. Nikita had withdrawn the case of divorce, assault and unnatural sex filed against Atul in the CJM court. Four cases are going on in the family court of Jaunpur.
