Baba Siddique Murder: Former Maharashtra minister and Ajit Pawar’s party leader Baba Siddique has been shot dead. After this murder, there has been a stir in the entire country including Maharashtra. On the day of Dussehra i.e. 12th October, his life was taken away by firing on his car. The police have arrested two accused involved in this incident and are interrogating them. Police are searching for the third accused. A case has been registered against the arrested accused. One of them is only 19 years old. He recently entered the world of crime and opened fire on Baba Siddiqui.
A total of three people had fired on Baba Siddiqui. One accused is currently absconding. Two accused have been caught by the police. Police have registered a case against him. After the case was registered, the names of these accused have come to light. The name of the first accused is Gurmail Baljeet Singh. His age is only 23 years. He is a native of Haryana. The name of the second accused is Dharamraj Kashyap. His age is only 19 years. The police are thoroughly interrogating both the accused.
Who planned the attack?
A total of three people opened fire on Baba Siddiqui. Police teams have been sent within the state as well as outside the state to search for the third accused. But apart from these three accused, the police suspect the involvement of one more person in this case. According to police suspicion, the fourth accused was guiding the three shooters. But who is this fourth accused? The police have not yet received any information regarding this.
A case has been registered at Nirmal Nagar police station to investigate the murder of Baba Siddiqui. A case has been registered under sections 103(1), 109, 125 and 3(5) of the Indian Judicial Code as well as sections 3, 25, 5 and 27 of the Arms Act and section 137 of the Maharashtra Police Act. The police are investigating the matter thoroughly.
