The POCSO court of Rajasthan has given a big verdict in the gang rape case. The court has sentenced three accused to life imprisonment in the heinous crime case that took place a year ago. Let’s know the whole case.

The court has given a big verdict in the case of gang rape of a minor a year ago in Alwar, Rajasthan. The judge of POCSO court number one has sentenced three accused to life imprisonment till death. Along with this, a fine of 34 thousand rupees has also been imposed on all three accused. The court has ordered to give 5 lakh rupees to the victim as a fine and assistance.
In this case, government lawyer Roshandin Khan said that a case was registered in Baroda Mev police station in 2023. In this case, a minor girl used to get up at night to go to the bathroom. The accused forcibly picked up the minor at gunpoint and three people gang-raped her in turns. Two other accused were present in the field during the incident. But while challaning, three Anil, Pradeep alias Golu and Suraj presented the challan in the court. In this case, 29 witnesses and 42 documents along with FSL report and other necessary investigation reports were also presented before the court. All the reports confirmed the rape.
Talking about this case, the lawyer said that while giving the verdict, this court has imposed a fine of 34 thousand rupees on each accused along with death sentence. Alwar has been in the headlines many times in gang rape cases. Cases of murder, robbery, burglary and rape are reported in Alwar. If we talk about gang rape, it has shamed Alwar many times. About three years ago, a case of gang rape of a girl in a deserted place by three people came to light in Thanagazi just 15 days before her marriage. Apart from this, a case of rape of a deaf and dumb girl also came to light.
