Raghuraj Pratap Singh: Jansatta Dal president and Kunda MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya reached Rajkot to attend a program organized under the aegis of Maharaja Madhanta Singh. A video of the program is rapidly going viral on social media. In the video, Kunda MLA Raja Bhaiya’s statement regarding the Waqf Board is going viral.

Raja Bhaiya said that there is no Waqf Board in any country other than India. Kunda MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, while mentioning the powers of the Waqf Board, said that this board does not have the right to interfere in any matter from the District Court to the Supreme Court. During this, he also praised the step taken by the Modi government. Without taking the name of PM Narendra Modi, he said that the decision taken by the leader of our country to abolish the Waqf Board needs to be supported.

There is no Waqf Board in any Islamic country

MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh said that there is no Waqf Board in any country except India. Even in any Islamic country there is no Waqf Board. In the year 2013, the Congress government gave powers to the Waqf Board. Under this, all the decisions of Waqf will not be taken in any district court, High Court or Supreme Court. All its decisions will be taken by the Waqf court only. Not only this, Raja Bhaiya also told how the Waqf Board can declare any property as its own.

He told that a notice is given by the Waqf Board that this property belongs to the Waqf. If there is any objection to it, then there is an office in the state where you can go and register your objection. But if no objection is registered within a year, then it is assumed that no one has any objection to that property and then that house or land will become the property of the Waqf Board. Raghuraj Pratap Singh said that the Waqf Board Amendment Bill is in the national interest. He said that our leaders are taking tough decisions in this matter. They need to be encouraged.
