On Tuesday, Congress has put AICC in-charge on 7 assembly seats for by-elections in Rajasthan. Chiranjeev Rao will take the responsibility of ensuring the victory of Congress in Jhunjhunu, Khinvsar and Ramgarh assembly constituencies of Rajasthan. Rutwik Makwana will play important responsibilities in Salumber and Chaurasi assembly. Whereas Poonam Paswan will look after the responsibility of Dausa and Deoli-Uniara assembly seats. In the context of the upcoming assembly by-elections, AICC Rajasthan in-charge Mr. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has allotted assembly-wise responsibility to the AICC secretary in-charge.
There are 5 out of 7 assembly seats in Rajasthan which have become vacant due to the MLA becoming MP. Whereas the other two seats have become vacant due to the demise of the sitting MLA. Out of these 7 seats, 4 were held by Congress, 1 by BJP, 1 by RLD and the other one was held by father. Now by-elections are going to be held on these seats, and all the parties are making their respective claims of victory on these seats. Discussion is going on on the selection of candidates between Congress-BJP. Whereas BAP and RLD have already refused to form an alliance. This time the biggest challenge before Congress is to save its 4 seats. That is why this contest has become interesting.
