Taking a big decision, the bench of Justice Sameer Jain has canceled the Rajasthan Sub-Inspector (SI) recruitment 2021. Explain that petitions were filed in the High Court on August 13 last year, alleging disturbances in this recruitment, demanding the cancellation of the entire process.
‘To cancel the entire recruitment, attack the future of thousands of qualified candidates’
During the hearing of this case, the state government had argued that only 68 candidates have been found in the recruitment process. These included 54 trainees SIs, 6 selected candidates and 8 absconding accused.
The government said that instead of canceling the entire process, action is being taken only on the culprits and the SOG is investigating the case.
On the other hand, the selected candidates said in the court that they have taken the exam honestly and many candidates have left their former government jobs for this recruitment. Canceling the entire recruitment will attack the future of thousands of qualified candidates.
Ban on passing out parade and appointment of sub -inspectors
The passing out parade and appointment of sub -inspectors taking training on 18 November 2024 was banned by the Rajasthan High Court on the SI Recruitment Examination. The court has said that there was a large copy in this recruitment examination.
