Ramdas soren death: Ramdas Soren, Minister of the Department of School Education, Literacy and Registration of the Government of Jharkhand, died during treatment at Apollo Hospital in Delhi last Friday night. He was brain hemorrhage after which he was admitted to a hospital in Delhi, JMM spokesperson Kunal along with nephew Victor Soren was also present there. He has given information about this. Let me tell you, Ramdas Soren was brain hemorrhage at the residence in Jamshedpur on 2 August, after which he was taken by air ambulance to Delhi.
Today, on Saturday 16 August, his body was brought from Delhi to Ranchi where his body was taken to the assembly where tribute was paid. Please tell, his last rites are to be performed in the ancestral village in Ghorbadha. Preparations are being made for condolences in Maubhandar.
Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar today laid a wreath on the body of Ramdas Soren, Minister of School Education and Literacy and Registration Department of Jharkhand Government in Jharkhand Assembly Complex. On this occasion, the Governor said that the untimely demise of Ramdas Soren is very sad and is an irreparable loss for the state.

For the first time, he reached the assembly by defeating Congress leader Dr. Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu, who was a 3 -time consecutive MLA. After this, he lost to BJP’s Laxman Tudu in the 2014 assembly elections.
After this, he won the 2019 election. At that time, he got the post of minister in the Department of Higher Technical Education for some time. After this Ramdas Soren won the 2024 assembly elections. This time he was handling the office of Minister of School, Education, Literacy and Registration Department in the Government of Jharkhand.
MLAs were made 3 times by defeating former CM Champai’s son
Ramdas Soren had defeated Babulal Soren, son of former Chief Minister Champai Soren, in the 2024 assembly elections in the Ghatshila assembly seat.
Champai was once a very special friend of Ramdas, but after leaving Champai’s JMM, BJP had fielded Babulal Soren against Ramdas Soren in the last assembly election in Ghatshila Assembly Sazja seat.
In such a situation, Champai Soren also put full strength to win his son Babulal Soren. After the election results came out, it was found that Ramdas Soren received around 98356 votes, while BJP’s Babulal Soren got 75910 votes. Babulal Soren lost by 22446 votes.
