Rape and murder case: In Seoni Malwa in Narmadapuram district of Madhya Pradesh, a 6 -year -old girl convicted of rape and murder has been sentenced to death in the local court. The court has found the accused guilty on the basis of oral documents submitted by the prosecution and positive DNA report. The first Additional Sessions Judge of Seoni Malwa, Justice Tabassum Khan, has sentenced Ajay Dhurve (30), convicted in this embarrassing incident rape and murder case, sentenced to death penalty under the Poxo Act and various sections of Indian justice for the crime of rape and murder and also imposed a penalty of 3 thousand. The court has also decided to give compensation of four lakh rupees to the victim’s parents.
What was the whole matter
On January 2025, a 6 -year -old girl was murdered after raping her. Accused Ajay Dhurve picked up the sleeping girl from the mother and then took her into the forest and raped her, after which the girl was killed and her body was thrown into the canal. Let us tell you that the final verdict has been given in this case within 88 days in the court. Let us tell you that during the investigation, when the accused Ajay was interrogated from custody, he confessed his crime after which the accused was prosecuted.

After sentencing, Judge Tabassum Khan also recalled a poem remembering the Nirbhaya incident of Delhi, he said, “Yes, I too, Nirbhaya, yes, I am raising a small question, a small question, who insults the woman, can she be a man who can get justice Nirbhaya, I can get it?”
