REET Exam 2025: REET exam will be conducted in Rajasthan in the second week of January 2025. This time changes have been made in the REET exam.
Government Secretary of Education Department, Krishna Kunal said that the candidates who pass the REET exam will be able to apply for Grade Third Teachers Recruitment Level-1 and Level-2. Whereas he told that this time the pattern of examination will be changed which will be on the lines of Rajasthan Public Service Commission and Staff Selection Board.
Changes and negative marking in OMR Sheet
Government Secretary Krishna Kunal informed that this time candidates will get 5 options in the OMR sheet. Which used to be four earlier. That means this time the answer option for the question will be five instead of four. Apart from this, there will now be a provision for negative marking with five options. That means, those who give wrong answers will have negative marking and marks will be deducted. Apart from this, there will be another change under which candidates may be declared ineligible.
Will have to choose one option out of five
There will be negative marking if you do not choose any option among the five options of OMR for answering 10 percent of all questions. If the candidate does not choose even one of the five options in answer to more than 10 percent of the questions, he will be disqualified. That means, candidates will be disqualified if they do not choose any option in answer to 10 percent more questions.
