In Bihar’s Buxar, for repeatedly disobeying the order, the court of Additional District Judge 13 Pramod Kumar Pandey has stayed the salary payment of Dehri police station in-charge in three cases till further orders. Along with this, a fine of two thousand rupees each has been imposed on the investigators of all three cases as adjournment expenses. The court has issued show-cause in all three cases. At the same time, the amount of compensation has been asked to be deposited in the District Legal Services Authority and to appear in person in the court and answer in compliance with the earlier order of 10 September 2024.
It is said that the accused of Dehri police station case number 128/21 has filed an anticipatory bail petition, on which the case diary and criminal history were demanded during the hearing. An order was received to make it available at all costs before 30 August 24. But the Dehri police station in-charge did not do so. On the other hand, the accused of Dehri Nagar police station case number 1001/2020 has also filed an anticipatory bail petition. On which the case diary and criminal history were demanded during the hearing.

At the same time, the accused of Dehri Nagar police station case number 428/24 has also filed an anticipatory bail petition. In which the case diary was demanded. In any case, the order was received to submit it before 29 August 24. But the order has not been complied with till date by the Dehri police station in-charge and the investigator of the case. The court said that this is gross negligence. Hearing on bail applications is constantly being hampered due to non-submission of case diary and criminal history.
