The state unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has lodged a complaint against Madhya Pradesh Congress MLA Babu Jandel’s objectionable language against Lord Shankar and demanded action against the MLA. According to the information given by the party, the party delegation has given a memorandum in the name of the Director General of Police (DGP) to the Bhopal Police Commissioner’s office last evening, demanding registration of a case against Congress MLA from Sheopur Babu Jandel.

The BJP delegation has said in the memorandum that MLA Babu Jandel has deliberately and thoughtfully hurt the religious sentiments of crores of devotees of Lord Shankar along with the entire mother power of Hindu religion. The delegation said that crores of mothers and sisters of Hindu religion fast, worship and praise Lord Shankar. Babu Jandel’s character has been condemnable towards women in the past also.

A video of MLA Babu Jandel went viral on social media yesterday, in which he is allegedly seen drunk and is heard using extremely objectionable language against Lord Shankar.

Amidst the uproar after this video went viral on social media, Bharatiya Janata Party state president and Lok Sabha MP Vishnudutt Sharma asked Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi whether insulting Sanatan is the Congress’s agenda. The mentality of Congress is visible to destroy Sanatan. What kind of language are the Congress MLAs using? Rahul Gandhi tell me whether this is a shop of love or abuse.

He said that the country wants to ask Congress whether Congress has become a shop of abuses. Is the agenda of the party only to destroy Sanatan and continuously insult Hindu Gods and Goddesses? Do Rahul Gandhi and party president Mallikarjun Kharge agree with this? Congress should answer this or tell what action it is taking against Babu Jandel.
