Village sarpanch slams Sonia Gandhi for giving credit of Bhilwara’s Covid-19 model to Rahul Gandhi
Bhilwara. Jaipur’s Bhilwara district has emerged as a model in the whole country in the fight against the corona virus epidemic. The district administration strictly screened the entire district and now the situation is under control here. After this success, everyone is busy taking credit for it. Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi gave the credit to Rajasthan’s Congress government and Rahul Gandhi, due to which Bhilwara’s Deoria Gram Panchayat’s Sarpanch Kismat Gurjar has become angry.
Kismat Gurjar said that Sonia ji gave credit to Rahul Gandhi for Bhilwara model, which saddened me. The hard work of farmers, women, villagers and NGOs is behind Bhilwara model. Just like the state government is trying to take credit for it, Rahul Gandhi also tried to do the same today. This is actually the result of hard work of local people, who strictly followed small things to fight against corona virus. We are very impressed by Prime Minister Modi’s appeal, people here have not only followed lockdown but also taken full care of social distancing and cleanliness.
This is the Bhilwara model
The Bhilwara model is a good example of coordination between the medical department, police and administration. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had formed a Rapid Response Team in all medical colleges. Bhilwara Collector Rajendra Bhatt used this team in an appropriate manner. As soon as information about Corona positive is received, RRT is immediately sent to the area and curfew is imposed within a radius of 1, 3 and 5 kilometers. Every household member has been screened 2 to 3 times.
