A shameful incident has come to light from Bharuch district of Gujarat. The school principal allegedly raped a former student in the school itself and absconded. Police have registered a case against the school principal on charges of rape and have started searching for him. Police informed about the incident on Sunday, stating that the incident occurred when the student had come to her school to attend the alumni conference. The principal raped the student in the school itself and ran away.
The principal had raped the student earlier also
The police quoted the complainant student as saying that the principal had sexually abused her earlier also, when she was a Class 10 student of the same private school in 2021-22. She did not file a case against the principal at that time because the accused had threatened her to remain silent. The student did not tell anyone about this out of fear. Now that she had come to the program in the school, the principal has again committed cruelty.

Regarding the case, Police Inspector VS Vanzara said that an FIR has been registered against the accused Principal Kamlesh Rawal. He said the principal allegedly raped the girl on December 1, 2024, when she had come to the school premises to attend an alumni conference. The complaint was lodged after the girl informed her parents about the incident. Police are searching for the accused and investigation is ongoing. Vanzara said that soon the accused principal will be arrested and then after interrogation, after the case is proved, he will be given the harshest punishment.
