In this complaint it was told that a teacher of a government school sexually harasses girl students of class 9th and 10th.
Considering the seriousness of the complaint, a team was immediately formed and the team was sent to the school for investigation. Where the team found that 42 girl students of class 9th and 10th had accused teacher Muthu Kumaran of sexual harassment. Muthu Kumaran was a mathematics teacher in a government girls’ school in Pappanadu. The investigation team investigated the matter and prepared its report and submitted it to the District Education Officer. The accused teacher was suspended from the school.

After the complaint was registered with the All Women Police, the accused teacher was interrogated. After interrogation, the teacher was arrested under the POCSO Act. The police has started investigating this matter.
