Voter adhikar yatra: There was a major political explosion in Bihar politics on Tuesday. During the ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ of the Grand Alliance, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has made an announcement about Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, which has already started discussing the 2029 Lok Sabha elections. Addressing a public meeting in Nawada, Tejashwi clearly stated that the next time the Lok Sabha elections are held, “We will make Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister of the country.”
BJP and EC attack on ‘Voter List Theft’
In Nawada, Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav fiercely surrounded the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Election Commission (EC) on the issue of voter list. Leader of Opposition in Bihar Legislative Assembly Tejashwi Yadav alleged that the BJP and the Election Commission are taking away the rights of the poor to vote. He said that the names of many people have been cut in the “SIR Draft Voter List” who are alive and also voted in the Lok Sabha elections. Tejashwi said emotionally, “These Election Commission and BJP people understand that people of Bihar will lose, but we are Bihari. A Bihari is heavy on everyone. This time the public will take account of the pie.”
Nitish Kumar and PM Modi also targeted
Tejashwi did not leave Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in his speech. He said that Bihar is no longer with the CM and this government, which has been running for 20 years, has to be overthrown. Tejashwi alleged that the Nitish government is stealing his old plans. At the same time, he also accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of playing with Biharis. Describing himself as a ‘high speed’ leader, Tejashwi said that he would take people of all religions along and take Bihar forward.
Rahul Gandhi said- BJP and EC are doing ‘partnership’
Addressing the gathering, Rahul Gandhi also added tone to Tejashwi. He alleged that the BJP and the Election Commission had partnered. Rahul claimed that in Bihar, ‘theft of votes in a new way’ is taking place, but he will stop it under any circumstances. It is clear from Rahul’s statement that both Congress and RJD are running a big campaign against the Election Commission.
