Today, Tejashwi Yadav attacked the Election Commission directly in the press conference. He said, “The Election Commission claimed that 80% of the voters have been verified. We ask, how? Where? From whom? We ourselves have not been verified yet!” Saying this, he waved a photo, in which ‘jalebis’ were being replaced by people in the verification form of a blo in Deoghar district. “Is this democracy? Is this transparency?” Tejashwi was questioned and there was silence among the journalists sitting in front.
“Fake fingerprint, without document verification … all this is part of a conspiracy”
Tejashwi alleged that there is a target pressure on the BLO (Booth Level Officer), due to which he is uploading people without asking fingerprints and filling the form without asking people. “All this is an oy wash. No real verification is happening. Everyone has to show the figures.” Tejashwi said. He also said that the Election Commission does not have any SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) so far how they do not have documents, how will they be verified. Despite the Supreme Court order, the commission is silent.
“The language of Election Commission and DM is different, this is the evidence of disturbances itself”
Tejashwi made a very shocking disclosure and said that on one side the Election Commission says that the documents are necessary, on the other hand, the District Magistrates are being exempted for verification without documents. “So what is the truth? Is this secret game going on in Bihar?” Tejashwi raised the sharp question. He said that all this is a plan to reduce the number of voters. Especially in areas where the Grand Alliance is supported. Tejashwi even alleged that “On the instructions of PM Modi, the figure is being extracted on the booth-booth, who is going to vote, and who has to be removed!”
“Fraud of data upload, pretext of server down”
Tejashwi said that many blo are complaining that the server is failing repeatedly, documents are not uploaded, and the pressure is different from above. “All this is a planned chaos so that later it can be said that people do not come themselves, we had filled the form.” He said that the Election Commission should answer that 80% uploaded from which district? Which block happened? Which assembly constituency took place? But instead of answering these questions, the commission is silent, and DM Saheb tells a different story.

Tejashwi while interaction with the people of Bihar at the end of the press conference said, “90% of the people of this state come from backward and deprived sections. The government can take their jobs, take away their bread, but cannot take away the right to vote. We have found this right from the Constitution, and no blood pressure check can snatch blo.” Giving a 48 -hour ultimatum to the Election Commission, Tejashwi said that if the situation does not improve and the transparent process is not implemented, then the Grand Alliance will launch the movement in the whole of Bihar. He also said that we will fight till the last breath in the case going on in the Supreme Court.
Is democracy in danger in Bihar?
