Tejashwi yadav: A new and big twist has now come in the ongoing controversy on the voter list before the Bihar assembly elections. On Thursday, the Supreme Court ordered the list of 65 lakh people removed from the voter list to make public, after which Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav has launched a major attack, welcoming the decision. While holding a press conference in Patna, Tejashwi said, “All the people who rigged the voter list are now naked.”
Tejashwi alleged, ‘forcibly filled forms from BLO’
After the Supreme Court order, Tejashwi Yadav said that RJD was demanding from the beginning that documents like Aadhaar and Ration Card should also be included in the voter revision process (SIR). He alleged that the Election Commission has removed the names of millions of people from the voter list without any reason. Tejashwi claimed a huge rigging in the SIR process, saying, “BLO (booth level officer) was forcefully filled forms. Forcibly signed by sitting in one place.” He said that his allegations have now been proved correct after the Supreme Court’s decision.
SC order, list of 65 lakh people will be public
Tejashwi’s attack came after the Supreme Court’s historic decision, in which the court has ordered the Election Commission to make public the names of 65 lakh people who have been removed from the voter list of Bihar. The court has also said that the Commission will also have to give the reason for removing the names of these people. Not only this, the court has given an interim order to accept the Aadhaar card along with objections in the SIR process.
Narrator also targeted the ‘infiltrator’
Tejashwi also attacked the reports in which the news related to “intruders” at the beginning of SIR was said to plant. He said, “In the beginning of SIR, news related to the intruder was given by quoting sources, but the Election Commission did not mention the intruder in its affidavit filed in the Supreme Court.” He claimed that today everyone has become naked and the personal attacks against him have also been replied. Tejashwi said that when the list of names cut from the voter list is public, the truth will be revealed to everyone.
