The elimination of Maoists has increased, 153 Naxalites were killed in Bastar division this year

The elimination of Maoists has increased, 153 Naxalites were killed in Bastar division this year

On the instructions of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, Maoist terrorists are being eliminated rapidly. So far in the year 2024, more than 153 militants have been killed in the action against Maoists in Bastar division. In the last eight months, the bodies of top Maoist cadres like Maoist cadre DKSZC member Joganna, DKSZC member Randhir, TSC member, CRC commander Sagar, DVCM Vinay alias Ravi, residents of Telangana state, were recovered by the security forces in different encounters under Bastar division.

During this period, the bodies of Maoist cadre ACM Sangeeta alias Sunny, a resident of Maharashtra state and PPCM Laxmi, a resident of Odisha, were also recovered after the encounter. Thus, this is the first time in Chhattisgarh that a large number of top Maoist cadres from other states have been killed in police-Naxalite encounters during anti-Naxalite operations.

The failing strategy of top Maoist cadre

Inspector General of Police of Bastar Range Sundarraj P. said that the banned and illegal CPI Maoist organization uses local Naxalite cadres as a human shield during encounters with security forces as a strategy. Top Maoist cadres from outside the state take advantage of this and escape from the spot to save their lives. But during the recent encounters, this strategy of top Maoist cadres from outside the state seems to be failing.

There is chaos in the top leadership of the Maoist organization

Information received by the police from reliable sources reveals that in the year 2024, the top leadership of the Maoist organization is in a state of panic due to the plight of senior cadres of Telangana, Odisha, Maharashtra and other states. Due to this, the local Maoist cadres are being suspected by the Maoist cadres from outside. They are being tortured in many ways. This is creating a situation of betrayal and rebellion in the Maoist organization.

In order to divert the attention of its own Maoist cadres and the public from all these internal conflicts of the Maoist organization, the Maoist top leadership is issuing false and factless press releases by fabricating stories that the Naxalites killed by them were police informers/anti-revolutionaries/betrayers of the organization.
