On September 2, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rain at different places in Narmada and Bharuch districts of South Gujarat region. An orange alert has been issued regarding this. On September 2 itself, a yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain at different places in Anand, Vadodara, Chhota Udaipur, Surat, Dang, Tapi, Navsari, Valsad, Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli of Gujarat region and Bhavnagar district of Saurashtra region.
