Bahadur Singh Koli, the MLA from Bharatpur in Rajasthan, has given a big statement on SC-ST issues. He said that most of the false cases are of SC ST cases (3 Act). Therefore, 3 Act hooliganism should end. Even if a person lends money to someone for a wedding and asks for it back, false cases are filed against him under the SC-ST Act. MLA Koli had participated as the chief guest in the police station upgrade program of Khedli Mod outpost of Bayana on Wednesday.
During this, while addressing the program, he said these things. The special thing was that when the MLA was addressing the program, SP Mridul Kachhawa and other police officers were also present there.
MLA Koli further said in his speech that most false cases are registered under Act 3. These also need attention. If someone lends money for the marriage of someone’s children and when that person asks for the money lent, then false cases of SC-ST are filed against him by the person concerned. After that, the victim has to lose the money lent to him and also has to pay Rs 2 lakh, 5 lakh more for the resignation in the false case.
