Ujjwal Kumar Upkar is a resident of Nanpur in Sitamarhi district of Bihar. He received his primary education from the Government School of Sitapur. His father is a teacher in a private school. Ujjwal’s mother is an Anganwadi worker. Ujjwal Kumar Upkar has been posted as a welfare officer for four months after training in Goraul block of Vaishali district. Ujjwal Kumar is Block Welfare Officer of 67 batch.
After completing his engineering studies, Ujjwal took up a job. But he was not interested in the job and started preparing for civil services. After leaving the engineering job, people used to taunt Ujjwal’s parents that their son would not be able to do anything. But Ujjwal has given a befitting reply to everyone by topping his Block Welfare Officer and then BPSC exams. Ujjwal was dreaming of becoming a police officer since childhood. That is why after topping BPSC, he will become DSP.

After this he studied with hard work and dedication and then achieved success in the third attempt.
