Uttarakhand Budget 2025: The budget session 2025 is running in Uttarakhand. In this episode, the general budget of the state was presented today. At the same time, the Congress continues to uproar against the government in the second capital Dehradun. Registration of UCC and Live in Relationships has protested.
In Dehradun, the Congress announced to travel towards the assembly and continued the protest against UCC i.e. Uniform Civil Code. The party also opposed the registration of live in relationship.
The police deployed a large number of forces and stopped Congress workers before reaching the assembly. Subsequently, the Congress made people aware through street plays and clarified its position.
What did CM Dhami say on Congress’s opposition
On the protest of the Congress, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that we have made a provision to register a live-in relationship … What is wrong with this? When we were making UCC, we invited all political parties including Congress to give their views. This is a law brought to suit the Constitution. The Congress is against women empowerment and does not care about the safety of women.
Uttarakhand budget presented
The Chief Minister has made several important announcements in the budget of Uttarakhand. A provision of Rs 20 crore has been made for Rural Business Incubator (RBI), Rs 60 crore for Mukhyamantri Swarozgar Yojana and Rs 10 crore for migration prevention scheme.
Apart from this, a budget of Rs 35 crore has been set for Mission Apple Scheme, 25 crore under State Agricultural Development Scheme, 4 crore for Milllet Mission Scheme and Rs 12.43 crore for Fisheries Sampada Yojana.
The Uttarakhand cabinet approved the landlord. The law will be introduced during the assembly budget session. CM Dhami said in the X post, this budget of Uttarakhand is a symbol of inclusive development, sustainable economy and harmony. This budget is based on the principles of “Namo” innovation, self -sufficiency, great heritage, and vigor that starts a new chapter of state development. This budget will ensure the overall development of all sections of the society.
Concrete schemes have been prepared for the overall development of the state on the basis of agriculture, industry, energy, infrastructure, valency, tourism and AYUSH. These seven major areas will act as the Saptarishi of the development of Uttarakhand and will make our state self -reliant, prosperous and empowered.
Dhami further said, “I am confident that under the efficient leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our double engine government’s budget will bring Uttarakhand not only in the field of economy but also from social and cultural terms, so that every citizen of the state will develop the state Will be a partner in the journey. “
