Tricolor journey in Ahmedabad
Gujarat: After the success of Operation Sindoor, a ‘tricolor journey’ was taken out in Ahmedabad on Sunday in honor of the Indian Armed Forces, which was led by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Amit Shah said in a post on X, “The brave soldiers of the country have made Operation Sindoor synonymous with the abolition of terrorism. Live from the Tiranga Yatra held in Gandhinagar Lok Sabha to honor the soldiers for the historical success of this operation.”

BJP has started the tricolor journey
The BJP has announced to start the ‘Tiranga Yatra’ from 13 to 23 May to commemorate the success of Operation Sindoor. The yatra was started under the retaliation of the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 people were killed. During this operation, security forces targeted the terrorist structure in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir and killed around 100 terrorists, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed. The initiative is being coordinated by senior leaders including Sambit Patra, BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde and Tarun Chugh.
Principal Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of BJP ruled states and top leaders of the party are expected to lead the procession in various areas of the country. As part of the campaign, the BJP is connecting with citizens across the country to highlight the importance of operation vermilion and its role in strengthening the security and sovereignty of the country.
