Guard assaulting mother-daughter
A shocking video of Surat’s Agricultural Produce Market Committee Market has surfaced. In the video, a security guard and another person with him are seen brutally attacking the mother and daughter. This video is being reported on 6 April, in which it can be seen that the woman is being beaten with a stick and her daughter is being dragged by hair and being killed by kicks.
Mother-daughter was allegedly accused of vegetable theft. After this, in this way, public was beaten up in this way, whose video became increasingly viral on social media. After the video went viral, the police of Surat started immediate investigation and identified the accused and arrested them. Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 54 and section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act have registered a case under Sections 115 (2), 2023 and the accused security guard has been arrested.
Video of guard attack surfaced
Two more videos have appeared before this incident, it shows that before this the woman and her daughter attacked the guard. CCTV footage revealed that the mother-daughter had stolen the vegetable. In such a situation, when the security guard tried to stop them and reached to catch them, they pelted stones. After which the security guard suffered a deep head injury. Not only this, he also attacked the guard, causing injury to his hand. After this, the security guard attacked.
Thief gang active in mandi
A gang is active in Surat APMC Market, who steals vegetables and fruits from women and children at night. On being caught, the other members of the gang enters the market and attacked the security guard and attacked them.
Complaint filed face to face
The woman, her husband and her daughter were identified about the matter, as they were coming to the vegetable market to steal vegetables. So he was prevented from going inside, due to which he attacked the security guard, in which the security guard suffered a head injury. After this, the woman’s husband also attacked. The police have also registered a case against the woman and her husband on the complaint of the security guard.
