The fire in the textile market in Surat, Gujarat, increased the fire for the second time within 24 hours, causing the fire to the fifth floor of the market. After the incident, DCP Bhagirath Garhvi of Surat said that the teams of fire department have controlled the fire in Shiv Shakti textile market. Meanwhile, the entire area was laid siege to prevent any untoward untoward. The affected area was evacuated by the police. He said that it has not been clear yet how much loss has been done in this fire. He said that there are more than 800 shops of Textiles in Shiv Shakti Market. Shops in nearby markets have also been closed.
More than 200 firefighters extinguished fire
All 800 shops have been closed. Apart from this market, other nearby shops have also been closed. On the other hand, fire brigade officials said that there was a huge fire. More than 50 fire engines were installed to control this fire. All these trains made four to five rounds. At the same time, about 200 firefighters were engaged to extinguish the fire.
