What is the main objective of the journey?
The purpose of this visit of the Congress is to make people aware of their right to vote. Rahul Gandhi appealed to the workers that every vote has a price to save democracy and the public should be aware of their rights. Meanwhile, CPI (ML) general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya launched a strong attack on PM Modi and Nitish government. He said, “When the slogan of the watchman thief was given, all the people of the BJP and the Sangh started saying that we too. But no one is standing with the Prime Minister on the allegation of vote theft. Nitish Kumar and NDA’s double engine government is actually a government with double betrayal.”
