Bhind District Court of Madhya Pradesh has sentenced two people convicted on murder charges to life imprisonment. Besides, Sessions Judge Manoj Kumar Tiwari has also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 each on both of them.
The boyfriend was waiting at the railway station to send his girlfriend away. Just then, the girl’s brothers attacked the young man, resulting in his tragic death. This whole shocking incident is of 2023.
According to the prosecution, Ajay Rajput, a resident of Pokhara police station Badhpura in Uttar Pradesh, was standing at Phup railway station in Bhind to take his girlfriend to Pune on March 22, 2023. Only then the two accused, Akhilesh and Bobby Rajput, residents of Etawah, came to know about it.
It was revealed that Ajay was trying to seduce his sister and take her somewhere and both were standing at Phup railway station in Bhind. Then both the accused came to the railway station and started beating Ajay with sticks and kicks.
Both of them beat Ajay so much that he got seriously injured. When his condition worsened, Ajay was taken to the district hospital, where he died. The accused were arrested during investigation. On the basis of evidence, both the accused were found guilty of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment with a fine of Rs 50,000 each.
