What are RJD's allegations against Deputy CM Premchand Bairava and Russian woman, BJP leader?

There is political heat over Rajasthan Deputy CM Premchand Bairwa. From Congress national spokesperson Supriya Srinet to Rashtriya Janata Dal, allegations have been made. Fake news of removal of Premchand Bairava from the post of Deputy CM is also going viral on social media. BJP state president Madan Rathod and Kirori Lal Meena have openly come out in support of Premchand Bairwa. RJD wrote on X- BJP’s Deputy Chief Minister was caught with a Russian in a five-star hotel in Delhi. Efforts are on to hush up the matter. Premchand Bairwa’s name was clearly not there in these two posts of RJD and Supriya Shrinet. Amidst the ongoing discussions regarding this post, one after another statements have come out from BJP in favor of Deputy CM Bairwa.

BJP spokesperson Laxmikant Bhardwaj talked about targeting the Dalit Chief Minister on social media platform Are staying. Those who do this are polluting the society and the politics of the state. I condemn those who practice such reprehensible and malicious politics. ‘Yeh Bhutaah Vighnakartaraste Nashyantu Shivagya’. Even BJP state president Madan Rathore defended the Deputy CM and said that the allegations against him are light politics. He said that it is not right to assassinate someone’s character.

A reel of Bairwa’s son Chinmoy Kumar Bairwa had gone viral, in which he was driving without a seat belt in an open jeep amidst police escort. In this case, the Deputy Chief Minister was surrounded by controversies, because his minor son was breaking the driving rules while his father was the Transport Minister. As the controversy over this matter escalated, the Transport Department has issued a challan of Rs 7,000 to Chinmay Bairwa and has also issued a notice imposing a fine of Rs 7,000 on Kartikeya Bhardwaj, son of Congress leader Pushpendra Bhardwaj.

ARTO Prakash Tahliani, who is looking after the additional charge of Jaipur RTO, said that a challan of Rs 7 thousand each was issued to Deputy CM Premchand Bairwa’s son Chinmay Bairwa and Karthikeya Bhardwaj for driving at high speed and not wearing seat belt. Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa became part of another controversy. A complaint was filed against him in the Metropolitan Magistrate Serial No. 11 in the matter of issuing the list for appointing CLG members in the police station on the government letter pad.

However, the complaint filed against Bairava was later dismissed on the grounds of withdrawal. During the hearing, the court informed the complainant that under the new criminal law, he did not have the power to file a complaint in the case. The court said that under the new criminal law, a complaint can be filed against the concerned public servant by his senior officer.

In such a situation, the complainant had sought permission to withdraw his complaint. On which the complaint was dismissed on the basis of withdrawal.
