Accused teacher in police custody
In Surat, a strange case had come to light in the past. This case has shook the entire country. In fact, a case of alleged illicit relationship between a 23 -year -old tuition teacher and his 13 -year -old minor student came to light in Surat city. The case made a lot of headlines on social media. In this case, DCP Bhagirath Garhvi of Surat said, “Initially we had registered a case of kidnapping.” When we found the victim, it came to know that it was his teacher to take him. The police have arrested the teacher. The incident occurred on 25 April. We have added POSCO streams to the court by adding sections in this case. After medical examination, we found that the accused had sexually assaulted the victim.
Accused teacher revealed shocking
Please tell that after the arrest, the female teacher made a shocking disclosure to the police. She told that she is allegedly pregnant with that student and has a 5 -month pregnancy. According to police records, the incident is related to a coaching center in Surat. Here the teacher used to teach class 5 student. The teacher claims that the closeness between the two gradually increased and then in the end the two formed a physical relationship. Please tell that at present, such allegations are being made by the accused teacher. After this, on April 24, the two ran away from the house, after which the family of the child complained to the police about the incident, after which the accused teacher was arrested 4 days later.
Medical examination and teacher’s statement
The accused teacher admitted during the police interrogation that she is pregnant for 5 months and the child belongs to the same 13 -year -old student. She also told that she wanted to run away with the student and settle in another city. However, according to different news reports, the student told the police that he had physical relations with the teacher several times. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police also conducted a medical examination of the student in which it was found that he was capable of becoming a physical father. However, DNA test is yet to be done for strong evidence.
