Atul Subhash Case Update: Almost 13 days have passed since the suicide case of AI engineer Atul Subhash in Bengaluru. Police have also arrested wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother in Atul’s suicide case. But the most surprising thing in this matter is that where is Atul Subhash’s son Vyom.
Atul Subhash’s parents are also pleading for justice for the custody of their grandson. But even after this nothing is known about little Vyom. However, a few days ago, Atul’s wife Nikita Singhania had said that she had left the son at her uncle’s place in Faridabad. But when the police reached there, Vyom was not found.
Before embracing death, Atul Subhash had also left a letter and a gift for his son Vyom in a 24-page suicide note. Atul had written in his suicide letter that after his death, the custody of his son Vyom should be given to his parents. It was also written that if he does not get justice, his ashes should be thrown into the gutter.
Atul’s parents recovered grandson’s mother
Engineer Atul Subhash’s mother Anju Modi has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding the custody of her grandson Vyom. On the petition of Atul’s mother, the Supreme Court bench has issued notice to the UP, Karnataka and Haryana governments asking them to produce Vyom in the court. The next hearing in this case will be in January. But amidst all this the question is arising that where is the last trace of Atul Subhash, his son Vyom and why the police is not able to find him.
Nikita had given this statement to Bengaluru Police
Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania herself had told Bengaluru Police that her son Vyom was safe and she had left the son with uncle Sushil Singhania in Faridabad. Nikita’s uncle says that he does not have Vyom with him nor does he have any information about him.
Atul’s father Pawan Modi has expressed fear of something untoward based on the statement of Nikita and Sushil. He asked why both are lying. We fear that something wrong might have happened to Vyom. He has also raised questions on the working system of the police. Atul’s father says that if Nikita said that Vyom is at a relative’s place then why is the police not interrogating him.
He said that Vyom is the last symbol of Atul. The son had demanded the custody of his dying son. This demand of Atul should be fulfilled. Only then will his soul find peace. Not only this, Atul’s father Pawan Modi has said in a warning tone that he has kept his son’s ashes safely. If justice is not given, I will commit suicide by throwing the ashes in the gutter. He has also appealed to President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar for the recovery of Atul Subhash’s son Vyom.
