A sensational case has come to light in Surat, Gujarat. Here, someone mixed poisonous substance in the water cooler of a diamond company, causing 118 employees of the company to fall ill. In a hurry, all the sick employees were admitted to the hospital where the conditions of all the employees are normal after treatment. At present, no one is in critical condition but has been kept under surveillance.
Poisoned in water targeting employees
Police say that someone had mixed poisonous substances in drinking water, targeting the employees of the company, causing the health of the employees to deteriorate. The incident occurred due to the floating floating in a torn plastic bag cooler. DCP Alok Kumar said that the employees of Anab James at Millennium Complex in Kapodara area were taken to two different hospitals by the owner of the company for medical examination as a precaution. He said that there is no problem related to the ill effects of poison in any of the employees, but they have been kept under surveillance in hospitals.
The accused being identified through CCTV
The police officer said, it was a cracked plastic bag filled with pesticides, so some amount of poisonous substance would have been found in the water, which the employees drank. Kumar said that the forensic team is investigating and CCTV footage is being investigated. 5 teams have been formed by the police, all the teams are engaged in work. The accused is being identified through CCTV near the water tank.
