Jasdeep Singh Gill will now be the new Mukhi of Dera Radha Swami Satsang located in Beas, Amritsar, Punjab. The current Mukhi of the Dera Gurinder Singh Dhillon has declared him as his successor. He has also given Jasdeep Singh Gill the right to name someone as his Guru. Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon is struggling with poor health these days. A few years ago he was diagnosed with cancer, for which he underwent long treatment. Baba Gurinder Dhillon is also suffering from heart disease. Keeping in view his poor health, he has announced his successor. A letter has been sent to all the Sevadaar incharges in this regard.
The letter said that revered Sant Satguru and patron of Radha Soami Satsang Beas, Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon has nominated Jasdeep Singh Gill, son of Sukhdev Singh Gill, as the patron of Radha Soami Satsang Beas Society. He will replace him as patron with immediate effect from September 2, 2024. Jasdeep Singh Gill will replace Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon as Sant Satguru of Radha Soami Satsang Beas Society. He will also have the right to give naam diksha.

After declaring him as his successor, Baba Gurinder Dhillo said that just as he has received the full support and love of the Sangat after Huzur Maharaj Ji, Jasdeep Singh Gill should also be given the same love and affection in serving him as the Patron and Sant Satguru.

He has worked in senior positions in major pharmaceutical companies Ranbaxy and Cipla. Jasdeep Singh has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Management Personnel of Cipla Limited. He resigned from his post this year to pursue his personal interests outside the company. His last working day was till May 31, 2024.
