On being unconscious, there was chaos on the spot. An ambulance was called in a hurry and the woman was sent to the hospital for treatment. During this time, the driver and technician misbehaved with the unconscious woman in the moving ambulance on the middle way.
SSP Anand Kumar said that after reaching the hospital, the woman informed about the rape. After the matter came to light, the police have arrested ambulance driver Vinay Kumar and technician Ajit Kumar. On reaching the hospital, the victim told the doctors that she was misbehaved in an ambulance on the way.
In view of the seriousness of the case, a special team has been formed under the leadership of Bodh Gaya SDPO Saurabh Jaiswal. The police have registered an FIR and started investigating the case with intensiveness. CCTV cameras installed on the spot are being investigated.
