Former Indian cricket team player Gautam Gambhir has received threats to kill him under the name ‘ISIS Kashmir’. Gambhir has contacted Delhi Police and filed a formal complaint (FIR) in the matter and has also demanded concrete steps for the safety of his family.

According to the report, on April 22, two threatened emails were sent to Gautam Gambhir. One email came to the cricketer in the afternoon and the other was found in the evening. Both of them had ‘I Kill You’ message written. This is not the first time Gautam Gambhir has faced such threats.
Earlier in November 2021, Gautam Gambhir got a similar email during his tenure as an MP. Which became a matter of concern.
