Fans got angry at Virat Kohli

In fact, India’s performance in the second test match played against New Zealand was quite disappointing. Indian wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant returned to the pavilion without opening his account. Team India’s troubles increased further as soon as Pant was run out. In fact, facing the challenging target of 359 runs given by New Zealand, India had lost seven wickets till the tea break.

However, Rishabh Pant was run out during the 23rd over. Pant lost his wicket while trying to take a run. Actually, Virat Kohli hit the ball towards third man, where New Zealand’s Mitchell Santner was deployed for fielding. Kohli ran towards the second left to score runs but Pant could not reach the crease in time. After which Mitchell Santner ran out Pant. After this run out, the pressure on the Indian batsmen increased. After Pant’s dismissal, Virat Kohli once again succumbed to spin and was out after scoring only 17 runs. In the first innings of the second test match, the Indian team was all out for 156 runs. The reason for Pant’s dismissal was an attempt by Virat Kohli to take a wrong run. Due to this call of Virat Kohli, fans started trolling Virat on social media and also expressed their anger.
