Mumbai News: Mumbai Indians owner Nita M. Ambani on Monday expressed her happiness over the inclusion of several young players in the team after the IPL auction held in Jeddah on Monday. He underlined the team’s tradition of nurturing new talent and producing world-class players for Indian cricket.
Talented faces form new team with their old players
Nita Ambani said, “The mega auction means a new beginning and a new team, but the enthusiasm and spirit of Mumbai Indians remains the same. We are proud to have welcomed some new talented faces and also want to bring back our old players.” A new team has been built around strong core players like Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Verma.
