Champions trophy 2025: The Indian cricket team won the Champions Trophy by defeating New Zealand in the recently played in Dubai. After this major success of Team India, the BCCI has opened its treasure for coaching and support staff along with the players of the team. The Champions Trophy winning team has been announced to give a cash prize of Rs 58 crore.
BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia said that every player of the team will get a reward of three crore rupees. BCCI President Roger Binny said in a statement that it is very special to win two consecutive ICC titles. The reward has been announced for the commitment and excellence of Team India globally. We are sure that Team India will continue to perform well even further.
Every player rewards three-three crore rupees
BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia said that it has been decided to give this award after Team India’s brilliant performance. He said that every player of the team will be given an amount of three crores rupees. Saikia said that the team’s head coach Gautam Gambhir will be given as prizes as prizes, while the assistant coaches, batting coaches and bowling coaches included in the coaching staff will be given 50-50 lakhs.
He informed that it has been decided to give a reward of Rs 50 lakh to the support staff. The BCCI has also taken care of the members of the selection committee and they will also be given an amount of Rs 25 lakh. After great success globally, BCCI has also been given a big reward amount in the past.
Team India performs brilliantly in Champions Trophy
During the Champion Trophy, Team India performed brilliantly under the leadership of Rohit Sharma. Before the final match, Team India managed to win all four matches. In the semi -finals, Team India defeated Australia’s strong team while Rohit Brigade managed to win the title by defeating Brigade New Zealand in the final.
