Vinesh Phogat: The farmers of our country are currently protesting at the Shambhu border of Delhi with their demands. Farmers have been demanding the minimum support price (MSP) from the government for the last 200 days. To support this demand, Indian star female wrestler Vinesh Phogat reached the Shambhu border on Saturday. Vinesh Phogat, who missed the medal after being disqualified despite her brilliant performance in the Paris Olympics, is in the news and amidst this discussion, she reached to support the farmers.

Vinesh Phogat arrived to support the farmers

Now questions are being raised again in politics about Vinesh Phogat supporting the farmers and standing with them. Where everyone is expressing the possibility of her entering politics from the Congress party. Anyway, assembly elections are to be held in Haryana after some time, in such a situation, questions are being asked a lot to Vinesh Phogat about entering politics, so in the meantime, the same question was asked to Vinesh when she reached Shambhu border to support the farmers’ movement, to which she answered in a very special way.

When asked about Vinesh joining politics, this star player answered in a special way

Vinesh Phogat, who reached Shambhu border to participate in the farmers’ movement and extend her support to them, was asked, “When will she join politics? If Congress fields her from Haryana, will she contest the elections? On this question, Vinesh Phogat said, I do not want to talk about this. I have come to meet my family members (farmers) and if you twist it, their fight and struggle will be wasted. The focus should not be on me, but on the farmer community. I am a player and an Indian citizen. Elections do not matter to me, my aim is the welfare of the farmers.”

Vinesh said- the government should listen to our farmer families

After this Vinesh Phogat further said that, “When people raise issues, they should not be seen through the prism of politics, religion or community. The government should listen to our farmer families. They should have the right to speak and express their views. The demands of the farmers are legitimate as I come from a farmer background and understand how my mother raised me.”
