The painting was displayed at the Sotheby’s auction house in New York, where its initial estimated price was kept between $ 1,20,000 and $ 1,80,000. But when the auction started, its price rose rapidly and eventually sold for $ 1.08 million (about Rs 9.15 crore).

In 2018*, the painting “Edmond De Bally” made by an AI was sold for $ 4.32 lakh (about Rs 3.5 crore) at the Christies Auction House in New York.
In 2021, another AI-operated project sold more than Rs 6 crore through digital artworks. This successful auction of paintings made by AI shows that the acceptance of technological innovations in the world of art is increasing.
