A report quoting sources revealed that the repair of the iPhone and Macbook will be done in Tata’s established iPhone assembly campus in Karnataka, India. Tata Taiwan’s Wistron’s Indian subsidiary is handling the responsibility of repairing the ICT service management solutions. While Apple’s authorized service centers in India will continue to handle regular repair work, more servicing will now be directed to Tata’s special facility.

Tata has also equaled with the launch of iPhone 17. Last year, about 11 million iPhone was sold in India, leading to Apple’s market share of 7%, which is only 1% ahead in 2020.
