Two of these stores are expected to open in Noida and Pune.

According to a report by Financial Express, the iPhone manufacturer can open a store in Mall of India in Noida. It is being said that Apple may open another store in Copa Mall in Pune under the second phase of its retail trade expansion plan in India. The report said that Apple has already set placed in Pune and Noida and is looking for two more places in Bengaluru and Mumbai. This development took place last month after posting of jobs seen on Linkedin. The report said that eight of the 20 jobs were for Apple Retail, which shows that the company may expand its presence in India in the coming days. Interestingly, this news came immediately after the reports that the iPhone manufacturer is allegedly planning to increase its iPhone manufacturing ecosystem in India to reduce the impact of the new tariff imposed by the US government.

In addition, the report states that Apple also expects to sell more med-in-India iPhones than iPhones manufactured in China in the US as they seem less tariffs on them.
